Description:
HOT POWER FUSION YOGA Thursdays at 7:30-8:30 pm Abby Bentz will lead this class, which will blend yoga moves with the studio temp revved up to maximize muscle pliability and detoxification. Bring a towel to dry off and water to rehydrate. Hot yoga mat towels will be available for purchase at the studio.
